History
When Icyleap was a kit, she left the clan mid-leaf bare and tried to swim across a river, causing her to nearly freeze. When she was back to full health, her name was changed to Icykit and she was forced to wait an extra moon before becoming an apprentice as punishment for her little stunt. Once she was finally an apprentice, she worked as hard as she could to restore her pride and prove to the others that she was a valuable member of the clan. She launched herself into every possible opportunity to increase the leader's trust in her. While it didn't make much of a difference in her becoming a warrior, she now receives only half as many jokes about her "adventure" as she originally did.

As a result of the teasing, she's slow to trust and prefers to avoid other cats rather than giving them a chance. She still holds a huge grudge against her littermates and the other cats about her age, due to the tension in their kit/apprenticehood. Part of her craves a romantic bond with another cat, but it isn't exactly her top priority. Not until she thinks she's good enough, at least.
